Do I need a motorcycle license to participate?
Yes, a valid motorcycle license is typically required. However, for certain off-road tours, exceptions may apply. Please check with our team.
What riding gear is necessary, and do you provide it?
We provide all necessary safety equipment, including helmets with goggles, gloves, boots, and body armor. If you prefer to use your own gear, you’re welcome to bring it along.
Can beginners join the tours?
Absolutely! We offer routes suitable for all skill levels and provide guidance to help novices enjoy the ride.
Are the dirt bikes provided, or can I bring my own?
We supply well-maintained dirt bikes for all participants. If you’d like to use your own bike, please ensure it’s suitable for off-road use and inform us in advance.
What is included in the tour package?
For a very basic tour you will get our powerful Honda XR 250 including all gasoline, all gear, a guide and mechanic and non-alcoholic drinks on the way.
Our all-inclusive tours cover bike hire including maintenance along the tour, riding gear, fuel, experienced guides and mechanics, support vehicles, land access fees, necessary equipment, 2 meals a day and water and comfortable accommodation.
What is not included?
Our tours do not include any insurance (both for the bike and the rider), bike damage due to reckless riding and caused by the rider and anything which is not mentioned in the tour package or agreement.
Do I need travel insurance?
What if I need to cancel my booking?
Our cancellation policy allows for rescheduling to a mutually suitable date at no extra charge. Please contact us as early as possible to arrange this. Cancellations made 1 month before the tour date we will refund 50% of the deposit after deduction of all transaction fees.
For cancellations less than 1 month before the tour date the cancellation fee is 100% of the paid deposit.
If cancellation has to be done by you during the tour for whatever reason no refund can be made.
What happens if we need to cancel the tour?
Before the tour: if cancellation has to be done due to our own mistake or due to unexpected incidents we will refund your paid deposit after deduction of all transaction fees. Anyway we will make every effort that this situation will not come up.
During the tour: Our tours have never been cancelled so far. We will always give our best that you will stay fully satisfied. If due to force majeure we would have to cancel a tour we would definitely make sure to find the best solution for you and your booked tour.
Do the guides speak English?
Yes, all our guides do speak English.
How does the payment work?
After we agree upon a tour for you we will send you our quotation. 50% of the money needs to be transferred by international bank transfer to our given account. By signing the waiver and paying the deposit your tour is booked!
The other 50% will be paid upon arrival and before starting the tour.
